Data Deletion Instructions

Clinrow, operated by Slienode, lets clinics, doctors and patients ask for their data to be deleted, including any data received through Facebook or WhatsApp login and messaging.

Clinics and doctors

• To disconnect WhatsApp or delete your whole clinic account and all its data, email support@clinrow.in from your registered email with the subject "Data deletion request" and your clinic name. WhatsApp access tokens are removed within 2 working days.

Patients

• Reply STOP to any WhatsApp message from the clinic to stop receiving messages.
• To delete your details, contact the clinic you visited, or email support@clinrow.in with your name, mobile number and clinic name. We will pass the request to the clinic and confirm deletion.

Removing access from Facebook

You can also remove Clinrow's access from your Facebook account: go to Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), select Clinrow, and click Remove.

What gets deleted and when

We confirm your request within 2 working days and complete deletion within 30 days. Some billing records may be kept longer only where Indian tax law requires it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
