Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of Clinrow (https://clinrow.in), a product of Slienode ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Clinrow, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Clinrow is software for clinics and hospitals to manage OPD queues, appointments, prescriptions, billing, TV displays and patient WhatsApp notifications.

2. Not medical advice

Clinrow is a management tool. All medical decisions, diagnoses and prescriptions are made by the registered doctor using it. We are not responsible for clinical decisions.

3. Accounts

  • You must give accurate clinic and contact details.
  • You are responsible for keeping login details safe and for all activity under your account.
  • You must have patients' consent before entering their data or sending them WhatsApp messages.

4. Subscription and payment

  • Plans and prices are shown on our pricing section in Indian Rupees (₹).
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance through Razorpay. Applicable taxes are extra.
  • Plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use Clinrow to send spam or promotional messages without consent, break WhatsApp or Meta policies, upload unlawful content, or try to access other clinics' data. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. WhatsApp messaging

WhatsApp messages are delivered through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Delivery, templates and account status are controlled by Meta, and your use must follow Meta's terms.

7. Data

Your clinic and patient data remain yours. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep Clinrow available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can stop using Clinrow at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these Terms. On request, we will provide an export of your data before deletion.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
