Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Slienode ("we", "us"), the operator of Clinrow (https://clinrow.in), collects, uses and protects information. It applies to clinics that use Clinrow and to patients whose details clinics enter into Clinrow.

1. Information we collect

• Clinic account details: clinic name, doctor and staff names, email, phone number and address.
• Patient details entered by the clinic: name, mobile number, age, gender, appointment and visit details, vitals, prescriptions and bills.
• Payment details for subscriptions. Card and UPI payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store card numbers.
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type and usage logs, used for security and troubleshooting.

2. How we use information

• To run the clinic's queue, appointments, prescriptions, billing and reports.
• To send appointment confirmations, reminders and queue updates to patients on WhatsApp on behalf of the clinic.
• To provide customer support, process payments and send service notices to clinics.
• To keep the service secure and prevent misuse.

3. Clinics control patient data

Patient information belongs to the clinic that entered it. The clinic decides what to record and is responsible for having the patient's consent. We process patient data only to provide Clinrow to that clinic.

4. WhatsApp and Meta

Patient messages are sent through the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. The patient's phone number and message content are shared with Meta only to deliver these messages, under Meta's own terms and privacy policy. Patients can reply STOP or ask the clinic to stop WhatsApp messages at any time.

5. Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share data only with service providers needed to run Clinrow(cloud hosting, Meta for WhatsApp delivery, Razorpay for payments), or when required by Indian law.

6. Security and storage

Data is stored on secured servers with encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and regular backups. We keep data while the clinic's account is active and as required by law.

7. Your rights and data deletion

Clinics can request a copy or deletion of their data by emailing support@clinrow.in. Patients should contact their clinic, or email us and we will pass the request to the clinic. We act on deletion requests within 30 days.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page with its update date.
